Andrew is a ‘Jewish Slam Poet,’ and a Spoken Word writing workshop facilitator. Andrew’s poems have received 500,000+ views. A 2013-14 Dorot Fellow in Israel, Andrew studied mindfulness meditation. Andrew is co-creator of the One Wish Film Project and artist-in-residence/mentor at the Brandeis Collegiate Institute.

After landing in NYC, from TLV, I sobbed the words: ‘I’m not sure’ as the woman at the rental car place asked me: “Is the address on your New York State license your permanent residence?” I will read six vignettes that explore the intersection between my Jewish and Israeli identities.
